It's 4:04 in the morning. I've been up since 2:45, and awake since about 2:00. Don't know why I'm battling insomnia right now. All I know is that it sucks.Ugh.At least it's Friday.
Try hanging upside down off the side of the bed for a few minutes- really- It helps the body relax.So great to see you today!
